• I just subscribed, when will I receive my first box?

If you have subscribed before or on the 1st of the month, your first box will be that month’s box. If you subscribe after the 1st, your first box will be the following month.

For example, if you subscribe on June 1st, your first box will be shipped in June. If you subscribe on June 2nd, your first box will be shipped in July.

  • Is there any chance to receive a box if I purchased after the cut off?

If you signed up AFTER the cut off and we happen to have an unexpected additional box and have your apparel size created in that month’s exclusive design, we will send you that month’s box instead of waiting for the following month. We have had many happy subscribers who have received their first boxes earlier than expected!

  • What is included in the boxes each month?

The description of our Sampler and Performance boxes can be reviewed on the following page. Our mission each month is to include a variety of items from a brand to allow our subscribers to experience the featured brand as much as possible! It is also very important to us that we feature at least one veteran owned company (besides ourselves) in each month’s box.

Our main goal with Project: Lift or Die is to allow our subscribers to try new products and new companies at an affordable price with an overall value always exceeding the cost of subscription.

  • How long is the subscription I am signing up for?
As of right now our only option is the one month recurring subscription, which will auto-renew on the 1st of each month. You can cancel at any time up until the last day of the month. If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, your subscription will end the following month.
  • When will I receive my last box if I cancel my subscription?   

If you cancel before the 1st you will not receive a box the next month. If you cancel on or after the 1st, you will receive one more box the following month.

For example, if you cancel on June 30th you will not receive another Project: Lift or Die subscription box. If you cancel on July 1st or later, you will receive July’s box as your final box.

  • When do the boxes ship each month?

We ship each month priority mail within the window of the 15th-20th. Please note if these dates fall on a federal/postal holiday or during the weekend, your box may ship the following business day. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once shipped.

  • My tracking information shows delivered but I have not received it?

Unfortunately because we are not physically delivering your subscription box ourselves, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter their information at checkout correctly and double check it in their account settings. We have no way of knowing what your correct address should be. Please verify your shipping and email address in your account settings. If it is an error on our part, then we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance or require a signature for delivery, please contact us via email. We create just enough boxes and print just enough shirts for our subscribers so we typically do not have remaining items to ship a replacement box. We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business!

  • Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?

Yes! We ship to many FPO/APO addresses and are familiar with these as we are combat veteran owned. Please be sure to keep your mailing address up to date for when you are returning home from deployment to avoid any box shipping to an incorrect address and getting lost in transition.

  • I have a FPO/APO address, why doesn’t my tracking number work? How long will it take to receive?

Overseas military addresses will only show tracking updates until USPS hands your package over to the military mail system. For more info on estimated shipping timelines to your exact location, please refer to the following USPS link:

  • Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns on our subscription boxes as each month is strategized and designed in depth. If any of the items in your box were damaged in transit, please contact us with a description and photograph of the damage and we will quickly find a solution!  

  • May I use a discount code more than once?

You may NOT use discount codes more than once for our subscription boxes. Discount code may ONLY be used 1 time for your first subscription box with Project: Lift or Die. This allows us to include high quality and high value items inside your Sampler or Performance box each month. If you cancel your box subscription to then re-subscribe using a discount code for the second time, your subscription may be cancelled. 

However, our ambassador discount codes MAY be used more than once for apparel items only. For example, you may use an ambassador code for your first months box and then place an order for an apparel item with the same code. 


  • When will my order ship?

All apparel shop items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the description of the purchased item.

  • Where is your apparel made?

We have a strong commitment to only print on apparel made in the USA. Our apparel is then screen printed by a fellow local small business to support our local economy.

  • Do you offer exchanges or returns?

At this time all orders are final sale unless there is an error with the item. If there is an error to the item, please contact us with a photograph and description of the problem. Please refer to our sizing chart or email us with any questions regarding sizing prior to purchasing.



  • I am a business owner and interested in my product being featured inside a Project: Lift or Die box, how can we get involved?
